BWT Subéo AX-IN has been designed to adapt to a maximum number of installations

1 - Two beams with masonry partition wall

This is the main version of BWT Subéo AX-IN. The duckboards are clipped onto two beams and placed against the dividing wall. This aligns the top of the duckboards with the top of the wall.

2 - Two beams with industrialised partition wall

Particularly well-suited to renovation projects, industrialised partition walls avoid the need to build a masonry wall over an existing pool. In this case, the duckboards also clip onto two beams, but pass over the wall. Adjustable cradles are supplied to hold the partition wall in place at the bottom of the pool. These cradles adapt to the width of the pit, between 650 mm and 800 mm, and ensure the integrity of the wall when used as a swimming surface.

3 - A beam with a masonry partition wall

This version is used when the installer wishes to use the partition wall as a support for the duckboards. To hold them to the wall, a locking bar is supplied which is fixed to the top of the partition wall. This bar can be installed with anchors or be wall-mounted. In this version, the duckboards are not standard, as the thickness of the partition wall varies depending on the installer. The anchors must be installed in a specific position. It is essential to carefully follow the installation drawings supplied by BWT Pool Products.

Combine aesthetics and functionality

Duckboards

The standard duckboards consist of two clip-on sections. The first is made of recycled PVC, while the second may be made of coloured PVC or aluminium. The sections are closed by two plugs that are clipped onto their support, eliminating the need for glue. This design limits the use of raw materials (mass-dyed PVC and aluminium) and means that the finish can be changed without altering the main structure of the duckboards. Only the plugs and casing sections need to be changed when the system is renewed.

Lightweight, strong and without deflector

Beams

This beam is made from anodised aluminium and is both lightweight and strong. It is anchored to walls by combining two parts: an end and a shoe. The beam end fits inside the beam and rests on the shoe, which is narrower than the beam. This installation method prevents the deck from rubbing and jamming against the beam anchor.

The beam also has clipping lugs for fitting the duckboards and a side groove to accommodate the counterweights.
