By capturing the calories from treated air, these very reliable devices provide efficient dehumidification irrespective of the weather conditions at a very low cost. Dehumidifiers exploit a thermodynamic process to completely dehumidify the area around the pool.
Humid air drawn in from the room is filtered, cooled by the evaporator, then heated by the condenser in the refrigerant circuit to a temperature above that in the pool room. Thus the condenser returns the heat of condensation contained in the humid air and heats the pool room.
