Disengageable motor
The drive motor can be disengaged. In the event of a malfunction, notably a power failure, simply remove the two pins to allow the motor to free-wheel. Your pool can then be secured, even in case of a fault or power outage.

Coverdeck Ax-In classic
In case of a retrofit to an exisiting pool, to avoid pulling up costly, or even irreplaceable, coping stones, Coverdeck AX-IN covers can alternatively be mounted directly on the pool wall.
Duckboarding
The duckboarding laid over the Coverdeck AX-IN cover pit is delivered with wedges (height 30, 40 or 50 mm) to allow the height of the duckboarding to be adjusted to that of the coping nose. Three sizes are available: length 680, 830 or 950 mm, width 500 mm. You can choose the size best suited to the length of your pool to optimise the length of the swimming area.
Mechanical assembly
2 sealing plates and 2 axle mounting flanges,
1 aluminium axle assembly with drive motor,
1 electrical panel featuring programmed electronic ends of travel,
3 or 4 counterweights depending on the width of the pool.
Beam
The beam supports the duckboarding on pools with a standard water level. As the mounting units it rests on are adjustable, its height can be adapted to the height of the coping. The beam is designed for coping stones between 20 and 55 mm high. The beam support units are fastened firmly to the pool wall via sub-coping mounting plates. Shape cut-outs in the underside of the coping to accommodate the mounting plates The Coverdeck AX-IN beam is 133 mm high, giving it good flexural strength. It is pre-cut in the factory to ensure a perfect fit to the pool for which it is made. The beam is made of lacquered Aluminium, it is available in a range of colours.
Pit wall
Specially designed to ensure compliance with the safety standard NF P90-308, each pit wall is custom made in the factory. Compatible with all types of pool waterproofing (tiles, liner, reinforced PVC, etc.). The pool waterproofing is not pierced; the Coverdeck AX-IN pit wall is mounted on plates sealed under the coping on each side of the pool.

Coverdeck AX-IN High Water Level covers feature duckboarding made of massaranduba, a very dense, naturally waterproof exotic wood. This duckboarding can support the weight of an individual weighing up to 80 kg. The modules are 1 m wide, reducing the number of brackets to be installed.

For a flawless finish, the duckboarding is finished with an Aluminium strip. Four colours are available: White, beige, grey or wood.
