BWT’s summer pool covers – Super 500, Classic 500, Super 400, and Classic 400 – are designed to retain water heat, reduce evaporation, and protect the pool from debris. Made from UV-treated bubble polyethylene, they come in two thicknesses (400 and 500 microns) to suit various needs.
The Super models feature reinforced edges, integrated eyelets, and, in some cases, GeoBubble® technology for enhanced durability and thermal performance. The Classic versions offer a simpler, lightweight design that ensures effective protection and ease of daily use.

Super 500
Super-500 covers are made of UV stabilised polyethylene film with an innovative «Oxo» bubble shape. Two finishes are available:

Standard finish is only available for polygonal form,
-
Reinforced band finish is only available for free form (non-rectilinear lengthwise) and round covers.
Super 500 covers feature the following:
-
Reflective cover, supplied with 3 bungees,
-
Eyelets to attach the roller and eyelets in the corners at the opposite end to the rollers,
-
Patented leaf collector net welded to the cover.
Classic 500
Classic-500 covers are made of UV stabilised polyethylene film with an innovative ‘Oxo’ bubble shape. Two finishes are available:

Standard finish,
-
Reinforced band finish is only available for free form (nonrectilinear lengthwise) and round covers.
Classic-500 covers feature the following:

Reflective, protective tarpaulin, with three fastening straps,
-
Eyelets to attach the roller and eyelets to attach the tensioning strap.
Super 400
Super-400 covers are made of UV stabilised polyethylene film. Two finishes are available:

Standard finish,
-
Reinforced band finish.
Super-400 covers feature the following:

Reflective, protective tarpaulin with three fastening straps,
-
Eyelets to attach the roller and tensioning strap eyelets.
Classic 400
Classic-400 covers are made of UV stabilised polyethylene film. Three finishes are available:

Unhemmed finish,

Standard finish,
-
Reinforced band finish non-rectilinear lengthwise.
Classic-400 covers feature the following:

Reflective, protective tarpaulin (except for covers with an unhemmed finish) with 3 fastening straps,
-
Eyelets to attach the roller and eyelets in each corner at the opposite end to the roller, (except for covers with an unhemmed finish).
Choice of finishes
Reinforced band finish around the whole periphery of the cover. Reflective protective tarpaulin. The reinforced band finish is only available for free form (non-rectilinear lengthwise) and round covers.
Standard finish: eyelets, hemmed across the width, edged down each length. Reflective protective tarpaulin. Polygon shaped covers with a standard or unhemmed finish are available on order.
Unfinished, no hem, no edging, no eyelets or protective reflective coating.
Patented leaf trap wleded to the cover to catch leaves and stop them falling into the pool while the cover is being rolled up.
Non-standard steps
The options for additional eyelets or step pieces is available for all bubble covers. The step pieces for the Super-400 and 500, and Classic 300, 400 and 500 are the same.
They feature :
a reinforced band around the periphery if the cover has a standard or reinforced band finish.
an unhemmed finish if the cover finish is unhemmed.
The prices opposite correspond to the supplement to be added to the price of the isothermal covers.
Ladder cut-outs and additional eyelets
The options for additional eyelets or step pieces is available for all bubble covers.
Finish for commercial pool bubble covers
This finish comprises:
- A hem and woven polyethylene reinforcement.
- A PVC tensioning bar, Ø 50, inserted in the hem.
Pull ropes to facilitate unrolling the cover.
