Happiness at 35°C

A Superliner V2F 0.85 mm membranes can withstand water temperatures up to 35°C. Both sides of Superliner V2F liners are coated with a protective acrylic varnish. The layer of varnish on the wall side of the membrane is 5 microns thick, it ensures excellent resistance to micro-organisms that can grow under the liner. Simple, durable and efficient.

The 8 micron thick layer of varnish on the surface in contact with the water fulfils four functions:

• It facilitates cleaning of the liner, notably along the water line,

• It helps protect pigments against the action of UV light,

• It slows the discolouration of the membrane,

• It protects the membrane against abrasion and scratching.

The liner beading solution

This technology is protected by a BWT patent, it has the following advantages:
